You might not see drastic reduction in your mid section at first because your body loses weight all over. You can’t lose weight in one specific area, it just happens all over your body.

Well, not completely. With good exercises 3-4 days a week, (30 minutes of walking, lifting, etc. will help) and a healthy diet, eating whole foods and not as much sugar will help out a lot.
